Existential Psychotherapy

Existential therapy is a philosophical approach to therapy which deals with the human condition. It is concerned with exploring life’s questions such as the search for meaning and it does not concern itself with interpreting people’s actions or putting them into categories.

Existential phenomenological therapy focuses on the client’s subjective experience and aims to set aside biases and prejudices of things, suspend our assumptions. It is about focusing on human existence as it is actually lived.
